Parents needed a single intelligent platform that actually knows their child.

Product Decisions
Why photo-based symptom analysis?
Parents frequently encounter rashes, bites, and skin conditions they can't describe in text. A visual AI that can analyze a photo removes the language barrier and provides faster, more accurate guidance than text descriptions alone.
Why "Kid Mode"?
Children are often the first to notice symptoms but can't communicate them effectively to adults. An age-appropriate reporting interface that auto-alerts parents closes a genuine gap in how health information flows in families.
Why prioritize security and privacy so heavily?
